Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your MulGlee product, please drop us an email within 10 days of receiving the product. Please note that the dress should be in an unwashed and unused condition. 

To return your product, send us an email at mulgleemulglee@gmail.com and we will provide guidance on return shipping address.

Please allow us upto 10 days to process your refund from the time we receive the item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Please do note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will cover the cost of the dress(es) only.

Exchanges

As MulGlee is a slow fashion brand and our dresses are limited in quantity, we may not always have a dress ready for exchange. If you would like to exchange, please send us an email at mulgleemulglee@gmail.com

We will be happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged or have a sizing issue and reported within 10 days of receipt and a replacement is available. If not, please refer to our returns & refunds policy


Shipping on Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, MulGlee will not be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. In case of refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
